1. Introduction

JX Automations ("JX Automations," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom website design services to trade businesses and other local service providers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through jx-automations.com (the "Site"), how we use and protect it, and what choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Contact form submissions: When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), trade, location, current website or social profile (optional), and any message you choose to add. A free website concept request also asks for at least 3 photos of your work (up to 200), which you choose and upload, or a link to your current website or Instagram instead. A Google Business Profile request does not ask for photos. We also record which page or tool led you to the form (for example, the website assessment). If you arrive from the website assessment, your answer about your current online presence is used to pre-select the matching answer in the form, which you can change; your other assessment answers and score are not sent to us.
• Automatically collected data: Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This data is used only for security, performance monitoring, and diagnosing technical issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare your free website mockup
• Communicate with you about your project, including by email
• Deliver, maintain, and improve our services
• Keep internal records of client and prospect communications
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site

4. Analytics, Cookies & Tracking

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used: for example, which pages are visited, which country visits come from, the type of device and browser, and whether key buttons (such as "Get My Free Mockup") are clicked. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not create a profile of you. Visitors are counted using a short-lived, anonymised identifier that is discarded within a day.

We do not use advertising pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel), Google Analytics or non-essential cookies. The Site may use your browser’s session storage to remember that a one-time message has already been shown to you. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

If you start the contact form, your answers and typed details are kept in your browser’s session storage for that tab, so they are not lost if you open another page or reload. They stay on your device, are not sent to us until you submit the form, and are cleared when you send the form, choose "Start over", or close the tab. Photos are not kept this way.

If we add other analytics, advertising or scheduling tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy first and add a consent notice where the law requires one.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate the Site and respond to inquiries:

• Resend: processes and delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Vercel Blob: privately stores the photos of your work you upload with a free concept request. They are not publicly accessible and are only viewed by our team through a private link.
• Vercel: hosts the Site, provides standard server infrastructure and logging, and provides cookieless, aggregated Web Analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop using it. To make a request, contact us at info@jx-automations.com and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

If we ever send you marketing or follow-up emails, you may opt out at any time by replying to that email or contacting us directly.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect, including relying on reputable, security-conscious providers (Vercel and Resend) for hosting, private photo storage and email delivery. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, and maintain business records, or as required by law. Photos you upload with a concept request are used only to prepare your concept and are never published on our website or elsewhere without your permission. Photos from requests that are started but never sent are deleted automatically within about two weeks. You may request deletion of your information, including your photos, at any time as described in Section 6.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
